Ceremony Services
EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY: All outdoor weddings in Hawaii are required to
get a wedding use permit before the wedding can be performed on
public land. Failure to get the required permits for a wedding
on public land can now be fined up to $5,000.00 and having your
wedding interrupted by law enforcement officers. Currently it
may take up to 4 weeks for us to get the required permits
approved for you.

Mileage Fee
Due
to the recent extremely high fuel prices we are now charging a
mileage fee which is computed using mapping software from
our office round trip to the wedding location
and back.

$1.00 per mile round trip. |
Nighttime Teardown Fee
This fee is required for all outdoor
ceremonies requiring any set-up of chairs, decorations, wedding cake,
etc. where the ceremony starts after 5:00pm. This fee is required
because our staff will be tearing down the wedding location after dark
which makes it extremely more difficult. |

Apostille Service
If either the bride or the groom are from outside the United
States, an Apostille may be required for your wedding to be
valid in the foreign country.
Most foreign countries will not recognize
or honor a United States Marriage Certificate without the Apostille being attached to it.

Portable 150 Watt P.A. System
Fender 150 Watt P.A. System with
professional quality wireless microphones for wedding ceremony.
This is suggested for ALL outdoor weddings that will be held on
or near the beach or any area where wind or the ocean sounds may
interfere with your guests being able to hear the ceremony. Your
guests will appreciate the fact that they will be able to hear
your voices as you exchange your wedding vows. Our Portable P.A.
System can also be used in areas where electricity is not
available with the addition of a battery pack. Due to size and
weight limitations of equipment this service is not available on
islands other than Oahu.

 Add Unity Candle Ceremony To Wedding Ceremony
Includes beautifully decorative center pillar
candle as a keepsake and 2 plain white taper candles and use of
Unity Candle Holder. This ceremony symbolizes the bride and
groom becoming one by the couple taking their two lit outsider
taper candles and lighting the center candle with them. The
couple then blows out the outside taper candles symbolizing the
end of their lives as separate people.
This ceremony can not be performed
outside due to the trade winds in Hawaii, the candles will
not say lit. We recommend the Unity Sand Ceremony shown
below as an alternative to the Unity Candle Ceremony for outdoor
ceremonies.
