RC Anderson is a dedicated professional wedding photographer with over 10 years of wedding photography experience and 20 years in the wedding industry. For all wedding packages, one of our Principal Photographers personally photographs the wedding. Many of our packages also include a Second Photographer to capture more details of the wedding and a Photographers Assistant who will assist the photographers and you by assisting with poses, making sure your dress train is straight, etc.

General

The Wedding Photography Packages listed below are meant to serve as a guideline only. We bundle our Wedding Photography Packages based on past demand, but we are always willing to custom tailor the wedding photography package to your personal tastes. Call us to discuss your preferences and special requests.

Depending on your personal tastes, our Wedding Photography Packages can comprise traditional style of wedding photography, our ever popular casual tropical beach wedding photography, as well as more "avant-garde" photojournalistic style of wedding photography 

 

Photographers and Assistants

Over the years we have hand picked and trained a chosen few Principal Photographers. Our Principal Photographers shoot all weddings - we do not subcontract out any of our weddings to third party photographers. For the premium packages where a Second Cameraman is required, we use well trained and accomplished professional photographers to capture the detail photos.

We are also able to supply additional services such as photographers assistants, make-up artists and hairstylists. These services are available at fairly short notice and at competitive rates.

Our professional photographers are members of the Professional Photographers of America, Wedding & Portrait Photographers International, The Guild of Photographers, the Photographic Society of America, National Association of Photoshop Professionals, The Guild of Wedding Photographers, and the American Society of Picture Professionals.

 

Equipment

In terms of Equipment, we have completely transformed our studio and services into Digital Photography. The image quality of the latest cameras exceeds the quality provided by film and allows us to change film speed in "mid-roll" and capture moments that otherwise would have been lost while changing film or camera bodies. 

We shoot the entire wedding on the highest resolution Nikon Professional Digital Cameras and we carry redundant backup equipment so that we are never vulnerable to equipment failure.

For our premium packages we light large interiors with location studio lighting – we carry over 2,500 WS of lighting, enough to light the most demanding environments. Lights are modified by large umbrellas and soft boxes that diffuse the light and provide that soft flattering light.

 

What’s included in our wedding photography packages

Each wedding photography package is supplied with Online Proofing and Print Ordering directly from our Photography Website at www.RCAndersonPhoto.com usually within one week after the wedding.

With most of our Wedding Photography Packages, 180 days after the wedding we supply your images on Data DVD's at no cost. These images are supplied in the following resolution formats

·    high resolution .jpg images suitable for enlargements

·    low resolution .jpg images suitable for emailing and web site creation 

With most of our Wedding Photography Packages the Digital Negatives (.dng) of the images are also supplied.

You get your images plus Limited Reproduction Rights along with your package. This allows you to make your own enlargements and copies of your wedding photography at any photo store of your choice at a fraction of the price it would cost you to have the photographer do it for you. You are not tied to ordering your future reprints or enlargements from us.

 

ONLINE REPRINT AND ENLARGEMENT ORDERING

We do offer a high quality online reprint and enlargement ordering service at very affordable rates. This service is recognized as one of the best in the industry. Usually within one week after your wedding you will be able to view your images on line and place your orders. You can easily view and select the images, pay for them online through the secure server, and the images will be delivered to your door, typically in less than one week of placing your order.

This makes it very convenient for you, your family and friends to order reprints. This saves you considerable time and now you won't have to coordinate with everyone to find out who wants what in terms of reprints and enlargements - just send them to your password protected photo page and let them order the images they want.

 

ALBUMS

Over the years we have noticed that our brides all have such diverse personal tastes when it comes to the creation of their wedding albums. Therefore we have significantly discounted the prices of our wedding photography and eliminated the Albums from our packages. This allows the bride to choose her own type of album and create her own style of wedding album. We limit our services to professionally photographing your wedding, supplying the proofs and original images for the albums, and giving you the reproduction rights to all the images.

If you specifically want us to do your album, we are able to provide these services at competitive rates. Please call for styles and pricing.

 

TRAVEL

We are always happy to travel to your chosen destination. Charges for travel outside our normal area are added to your package price.

All Wedding Photography Packages include travel within the island of Oahu - outside of the island of Oahu we charge additional travel expenses incurred plus $50 per hour of travel time.

For off Oahu weddings, the client is responsible for all travel costs including, flights, accommodation, meals, transport etc.

 

1. BUDGET WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE

Our Budget Wedding Photography Package is designed for the young couple starting out on life with a tight budget, but who still want a small amount of professional wedding photography. The Budget Wedding Photography Package includes:

·    Up to 1 hours of photography by one of our principal photographers.

·    Approximately 75-100 professionally processed images to choose from

·    We upload the processed images to the Photography Website usually within one week.

·    20 - 4"x6" Prints Mounted in a White Leather Photo Album.

·    You can then order additional prints from 4"x6" all the way up to 30"x40" Canvas Prints in Color, Black & White or Sepia Tone.

·    Images will stay online for 60 days for your ordering convenience.

·    We upload the processed images to the Photography Website usually within one week.

·    You can then order prints from 4"x6" all the way up to 30"x40" Canvas Prints in Color, Black & White or Sepia Tone.

·    Images will stay online for 60 days for your ordering convenience.

·    Approximately 300 - 500 professionally processed images

·    All images scanned to Compact Discs (CD's) or Data DVD's 180 days after event with both hi-res and lo-res images included and Digital Negatives

·    Reproduction Rights are assigned to you allowing you to make your own reprints and enlargements.

We ensure that there is sufficient time allocated for formal family & friends group photographs, formal bridal photography, as well as full coverage of both the wedding ceremony and the reception. The Gold Wedding Photography Package includes:

·    Up to 6 hours of wedding photography, including a Second Camera Photographer that captures those moments happening off camera that the Principal Photographer is unable to capture while concentrating on the bride and groom, and a professional assistant who not only assists the photographer, but also helps with poses, arranging the brides dress, placement of props and lighting

·    We upload the processed images to the Photography Website usually within one week.

·    You can then order prints from 4"x6" all the way up to 30"x40" Canvas Prints in Color, Black & White or Sepia Tone.

·    Images will stay online for 60 days for your ordering convenience.

·    Approximately 500 - 600 professionally processed images

·    Approximately 10- 20 artistic style professionally processed color and black and white images

The Platinum Wedding Photography Package is definitely our most popular package with brides and grooms. 

We take time to get to know you, the bride, and we take infinite care in capturing those precious intimate moments leading up to your wedding. We know how important it is to capture the essence, the mood and feel of this special day for you.

We slow down time, taking care to photograph those stolen moments in your final preparations, your time spent with family and friends, sitting in front of the mirror making last minute adjustments to your makeup, hair and dress. 

We light your formal bridal photography with professional studio location lighting, and take care to photograph you in the most flattering soft light, often using soft focus lenses to create that beautiful romantic feel.

We also ensure that there is sufficient time allocated for formal family & friends group photographs, formal bridal photography, as well as full coverage of both the ceremony and the reception.

This approach leads to the most beautiful romantic bridal wedding photography. The Platinum wedding Photography Package includes:- 

·    Up to 8 hours of wedding photography, including a Second Camera Photographer that captures those moments happening off camera that the Principal Photographer is unable to capture while concentrating on the bride and groom, and a professional assistant who not only assists the photographer, but also helps with poses, arranging the brides dress, placement of props and lighting

·    We provide full studio quality lighting for formal portraiture, bridal photography and the ceremony
