Archbishop Anderson is licensed by the State of Hawaii to perform the Sacrament of Marriage. He is able to perform
weddings anywhere in the State of Hawaii. Couples will be required to complete
the required Marriage
Preparation Course (Precanna) before he will perform their wedding.
He also highly recommends a course on Natural Family Planning for
all couples in child-bearing years, but does not require it as a
prerequisite to the marriage ceremony. For more information, click
on the Marriage
Prep button.
Archbishop Anderson's
apostolic
lines trace back to St. Peter, St. James the Less,
St. John the Evangelist, and St. Andrew. He has just been installed
as Patriarch and Presiding
Prelate of the Ecumenical Catholic Church of America. He holds
multiple Doctorates in Theology, Philosophy, Divinity, and Canon
Law. He is the only AWPA Certified Wedding Officiant and
Certified Wedding Coordinator in the State of Hawaii. He is
also the only member of the National Association of Wedding
Officiants and American Wedding Professionals Association in the State of Hawaii.
For almost two decades
Archbishop Anderson has coordinated and officiated
close to two thousand wedding ceremonies throughout Arkansas,
Arizona, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, North Carolina, Florida, and Hawaii helping couples determine exactly
what they want for their wedding and helping create their special
day.
Archbishop
Anderson is
the only person to be certified by the AWPA as a Certified Wedding
Officiant and a Certified Wedding Coordinator at the same time and
is the only person in the State of Hawaii to hold either
certification. Dr. Anderson is a
Certified Travel Agent and a
Certified Hawaii Destination Specialist by the Ke Kula O Hawaii of the
Hawaii Visitors & Convention Bureau as well as a Honeymoon &
Destination Wedding Specialist and Islands of the Bahamas
Specialist.
All Catholic weddings must follow
Church traditions. A
Declaration of Intention must be completed before he
can solemnize the wedding. If either of you have been previously
married, that marriage must first be annulled by the Church
before the new marriage can take place, otherwise the Church
will not recognize the new marriage and you will not be allowed
to receive communion. This process is easy to accomplish and we
can assist you with this.
Archbishop Anderson also performs
funeral/burial ceremonies, baptisms, house blessings, and house
cleansings upon request.
