PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD

Please select the form of payment you wish to use to secure your wedding date. We accept payment in the form of Cash, Check, PayPal Account Transfer, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If you are paying by Cash, Check, or PayPal Account Transfer we also require a major credit card to be on file for payment security.

50% of the total due for the wedding will be required to reserve the wedding date and time. The remaining balance will be required no later than 30 days before the wedding date, NO EXCEPTIONS.

WEDDING INSURANCE - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

If you are citizens of the United States, you have the option of including a Wedding Cancellation / Postponement Insurance Policy into your package to cover your investment. A Basic Policy with the following limits is only $185.00:

Cancellation / Postponement: $7,500.00

Event Photographs / Video: $1,000.00
Event Gifts: $1,000.00
Special Attire: $1,000.00
Special Jewelry: $1,000.00
Loss of Deposits: $1,000.00
Professional Counseling: $500.00

For a Total of $14,500.00 worth of protection for just $185

You also have the option of upgrading your insurance policy up to a total protection of $262,000.00.
You may also protect yourself further by adding on a $1,000,000.00 General Liability & Property Damage Insurance Policy.

Wedding Cancellation / Postponement Insurance:

Wedding Insurance is provided by Markel American Insurance Company. We will apply for and purchase the insurance policy on behalf of the wedding couple. The insurance policy will be mailed to the couple and the couple will be the named insured's on the policy. Wedding Insurance is available only to residents of the United States with a US address and is not available to residents of Kentucky. If you choose not to have the above insurance coverage, you will be required to sign an insurance waiver form.

MARRIAGE LICENSE PROCESSING

If you are citizens of a country other than the United States of America, an Apostille Stamp may be required for your home country to recognize the wedding, and honor the Hawaii Marriage Certificate. You may not be able to change the name on your passport or other documents without this. Please contact us to see if you will need an Apostille Stamp or not.

 

Apostille Stamp Service takes approximately 30 to 45 days to complete and is REQUIRED for Most Foreign Countries before they will honor a Hawaii Marriage Certificate.
